A Few Words About Me

Nick Ryberg is President and Founder at Hunter-Ross, LLC (www.hunterross.com). Nick is a Certified Partner of The Predictive Index and Employee Engagement and Leadership Consultant. He specializes in employee engagement analytics and improvement programs, assessment solutions for hiring and employee development, sales and leadership development. Nick is also an Executive Search Consultant and assists a variety of organizations with unique hiring challenges. Nick Ryberg has a combined 30+ years of human resources leadership experience at the Fortune 50 level along with global search & consulting firm leadership. He has been recognized as a top performer in the executive search industry and has led the start-up of regional and global search practices. He received his undergraduate degree from The Pennsylvania State University and attended the Executive MBA Program at the Carlson School of Management.

I am currently the President and Founder at Hunter-Ross, LLC (https://www.hunterross.com/).  In 2009 I founded the company and primarily focused on talent acquisition for a range of national clients.  In 2010 I began to add assessment based consulting to our service offerings, primarily around hiring.  Shortly after I saw the need for expanding services into coaching and leadership development.  We have grown from there into an Employee Engagement Advisory, focusing on providing services that specifically drive business results through measuring and identifying employee engagement related data - and then providing solutions around those results.  We have partnered with the best analytics platforms so our clients have the right data.
